Student Government

I served as the student vice-president of the Graduate and Professional Student Government (GPSG) at the University of Iowa. GPSG represents over 7500 graduate and professional students and advocates on their behalf to the University Administrators, Board of Regents, and State and Federal Legislators.

GPSG is responsible for managing over $200,000 of student activity fees, and helps guide the University of Iowa’s response and communication for critical issues like the COVID-19 outbreak.
